Her training includes modalities such as Swedish, therapeutic/deep tissue, hot stone, and pregnancy massage as well as trigger point and myofascial release. Whether addressing a physical ailment or condition or simply wanting to de-stress and relax, your massage session will be customized just for you. She likes to spoil/pamper her clients with extra treats like aromatherapy, warm neck wrap, and hot towels.  Lisa lives in Frisco with her husband, 2 grown kids, and 2 French bulldogs.
