Born and raised in Texas, Tara embodies the spirit of a true Texan with a deep love for family, nature, and wellness. She is happily married, having tied the knot in November 2022, and is a proud mother to a talented daughter who loves all things ballet. Her daughter’s passion for dance takes her on exciting travels, competing across the country, and spending her summers away training intensively.
Tara is a graduate of Texas Women’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. She furthered her passion for holistic health by earning a certification as a Doctor of Naturopathy in 2020. This unique blend of academic and naturopathic knowledge pairs perfectly with her position at Infinity Wellness Chiropractic and fuels her love for all things wellness, including a special interest in herbal supplements and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
In her downtime, Tara enjoys nurturing her house plants, diving into a good book, and continuously expanding her understanding of natural health practices.
